Ranch Chicken

Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
    1 envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing and Dip
    5 chicken breast tenders
    2 tbsp olive oil


Mix together the ranch mix and parmesan cheese in a resealable bag. Brush or dip chicken with oil and drop in bag. Shake to coat. Place chicken in a greased 8 x 8 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on oven.

This makes 2 servings.

Sodium content is high, but not all of the ingredients are used, there are still some left in the bag that gets thrown out.
