roasted asparagus wrap

Ingredients



    * Asparagus, fresh, 30 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)
    * Phyllo Dough, 3 oz (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp (remove)
    cooking spray

Directions

preheat oven to 350.
melt butter in microwave.
cut phyllo strips in half.
roll out one or two phyllo strips.
spray with cooking spray.
sprinkle on parmesan.
add 1-2 asparagus spears
roll up dough and spears.
brush roll with melted butter.
top with more parmesan.
cook at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
