Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Beef, short rib, 10oz (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 10 carrot (remove)
    yukon gold potato, 24 oz (remove)

    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *beef boullion cube, 3 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *No Name Season Salt (1/4 tsp serving), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Yellow Onion, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Grill or broil steak as youu peel and chop the veggies for your stew. I dice the onion first and then the carrots, add your , garlic seasonings, basil, celery, potatoes, celery soup, beef, water and boullion. Cook on high in crock pot for six hours or on low for eight to ten.
