Miss Tina's Shepherds Pie

Introduction

It's a meal mushed together! It's a meal mushed together!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Pie:
    1.5 lb 93% ground beef
    1.5 small onions chopped
    2-4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1-2 cans Campbells condensed tomato soup (no water added)
    1 can (drained) or 1.5 cooked peas
    1 can (drained) or 1.5 cooked green beans
    mashed potatoes

Directions

-- prep and make your mashed potatoes; set aside
-- brown ground beef with onions (add salt and a couple dashes of Worcestershire for additional flavor)
-- once browned add tomato soup, Worcestershire, peas and green beans
-- simmer for 15 minutes
-- place mixture in oven safe dish, cover with potatoes. Bake at 350 until it bubbles
-- OPTIONAL: add grated cheddar to the top and bake until melted.
-- Serves 12
