Ingredients

    5 Leg quarters
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, chopped
1 large bag or 2 small bags of spinach chopped (frozen is okay too)
Pasta noodle of choice(i used spaghetti broken up into small bits)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4th of a package of onion soup mix
    Seasons to tast:

Use various one: italian seasonsing or red pepper with garlic or seasoned salt, have fun with the flavors of natrual spices!!

Directions

Get your crock pot out. I used the Largest one on the market, I don't like to cook dinner everyday so I make large portions to go around, and it is works for lunches too!!

First place the leg quarters (or chicken of choice) into crockpot with 5 to 6 cups of water or as much as you can. Then after 2 hours put in the potatoes and onions. These things need to be cooked longer. An hour later at the next ingredients including the pasta and mixes.

Before serving, it is best to remove the skin and the bones from your soup. Also, this cuts way down on the amount of calories you will actually eat!! If the soup gets to thinck just add water!

Don't forget to season to your tastes.

Family Tip. My family is not on a diet so they eat theirs over rice or mashed potatoes or with some kind of bread like bagels, toast and pitas!

I hope you enjoy thisas much as we do! Plus it gets the family to eat what you make that doesn't seem like health food!!!
