Introduction

An out of the blue concoction created when I didn't know what to make for dinner. I grabbed from my home staples and that's it! An out of the blue concoction created when I didn't know what to make for dinner. I grabbed from my home staples and that's it!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup, Chicken Broth
    2 Cups, Water
    2 Cups, White Rice, long grain
    2 Tbsp, LAWRY'S BAJA CHIPOTLE MARINADE
    2 Tbsp, Olive Oil
    2 boneless and skinless Chicken Breast, diced
    1 Large Red Peppers, sliced
    2 servings, Steak Um or steak sandwich meat, diced

Directions

If using a rice cooker, combine water, chicken broth, marinade and rice. Follow rice cooking instructions.

In skillet, heat olive oil. Add red pepper and stir until peppers begins to get soft. Add chicken cook to almost done, then add steak meat. Cook together thoroughly. Remove from heat. Serve over rice.

Serving: 1/4 cooked rice, 1/4 meat mixture
