2 Slices low calorie bread, such as Sara Lee Delightful 1 Tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese 1 tsp Pesto 1 Portabella Mushroom, sliced into 6 strips 1 Tbsp roasted red peppers, chopped
Spray skillet w/Pam. Heat to med high add sliced mushrooms cook until browned on both sides, about 5 min. Meanwhile, toast bread. Spread cream cheese on one slice. Spread roasted red peppers on top of cream cheese. Spread pesto onto other slice of toast. Once mushrooms are cooked layer them on top of peppers & top w/pesto toast. Enjoy!
