Cmirah's Green Smoothie #1

Introduction

Simply delicious and easy to make!!! Simply delicious and easy to make!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium banana (frozen)
    1 medium red apple
    1/2 cup of red grapes
    1/2 cup of green grapes (seedless)
    3 cups baby spinach
    1 medium celery stalk
    1/2 cup of filtered water

Directions

Freeze banana overnight. Cut apple into large chunks, cut banana and celery in half. Add the fruit and water to blender. Blend until smooth. Add celery and spinach and blend until desired consistency is reached. Makes approx. 4 servings.
