Garlic Mashed potatoes

Ingredients

    * Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 2 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    * *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp
    * Water, tap, 1/2 cup
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 2 serving
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Microwave or boil potatoes so that they are cooked all the way. Remove skin and mash potatoes using potato ricer. Mix water with the chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix into mash potatoes. add more seasonings if you would like. Serves 2 - 4

    This was great - I used it as a side to a Salisbury Steak dinner and it went PERFECTLY with that topped lightly with some of the gravy. Made an over processed piece of meat seem a little more homely. lol Thanks a bunch! You saved me a TON of calories! - 10/1/08
