Introduction

Busy people need shortcuts and this one has it. Even a hit with children! Use this as a base salad and add to it or dress it up -- but a quick & deelish go -to just the way it is. Ingredients

    1 bag (12 oz) Eat Smart Broccoli & Cauliflower florets (washed & ready)
    1/4 cup red onion
    4 T vinegar
    2 T Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)
    2 T Dannon Plain Greek Yogurt (fat free)
    2 packets Truvia sweetener

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, mayo, yogurt and sweetener. Add fresh veggies and onions and gently mix with dressing until coated.
Can easily add any washed & ready bag of veggie mix to this dressing.
