Low Budget Tuna Spread

Introduction

If you have just finished your workout and realize you have not been to the grocery store yet, try this recipe. It is full of crunch and flavor and has only a few ingredients that can be substituded for just about anything!! It is full of crunch and flavor and has only a few ingredients that can be substituded for just about anything!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of tuna
    1/2 C onion
    2 TBS of Blue Cheese or your favorite dressing
    2 tsp relish
    2TBS sandwich spread/ mayo
    2tsp mustard

Directions

After draining your can of Tuna, just add the ingredients all together in a bowl and mix will. Try different onions, mayo types and seasonings to make this fun. It is quick and easy. I made mine cause I had hardly anything healthy left in the house and was determined to eat healthy.

I just dty toasted two slices of bread and put the tuna spread on top. It will work great on lettuce leaves, breads, toast, cheese and crackers. Have fun with it!!
