Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

    * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    * Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 5 tbsp (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .33 cup (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

--Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
--Mash bananas with apple juice.
--Add almond milk, coco powder, sugar, and baking powder and mix until well blended
--Add flour in parts while mixing until a thick consistency.
--Pour batter into 9 inch floured bread pan
--Bake at 350 45-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
--Makes 12 3/4 inch servings
