Introduction

Chicken and peanuts w/spicy sauce Chicken and peanuts w/spicy sauce
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    16 oz cooked chicken breast
    1/3 c. peanuts
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    3 carrots chopped
    3 green onions
    soy sauce
    corn starch
    sugar
    honey
    water
    cayenne pepper

Directions

Heat 1 T. olive oil, then add chicken, bell pepper, garlic, carrots and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add unsalted, roasted peanuts and cook for another minute.
Add sauce (1 T. soy sauce, 1 T. sugar, 1 T. corn starch, 1/4 c. water, 2 tsp honey, dash cayenne pepper and ginger).

Add chopped green onions.
