Chicken & Rice Casserole

Introduction

Slightly altered Campbell's Soup Recipe. Left off Cheese. Slightly altered Campbell's Soup Recipe. Left off Cheese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/3 Cup Water
    2 Cup Uncooked Instant Brown Rice
    1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
    12 Oz. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    4 Boneless Skinless Chciken Breast ( Approx 16 oz)

Directions

1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in a shallow baking dish.

2. Top with chicken breasts. Season Chicken as desired.

3. Bake at 375 deg. for 50 Min. or until chicken and rice are
done. Let casserole stand for 10 min. Stir rice before
serving.

Makes 4 servings approximately 1 cup rice each, 1 chicken breast ea,
