1 pound lean ground beef
3/4 jar Tostito con queso
1 can Rotel (original or hot per preferenced)
1 cup macaroni shells
2 tsp chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
in a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and cook macaroni
to the ground beef add garlic, cheese and rotel. Add shells when they are nearly done.
Let all simmer together about 10 minutes then serve.
Makes about 6 - 3/4 cup servings
