Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 c Long Grain White Rice
    4 c Water
    1 can (12.5oz) Tyson Chunk Chicken
    1 can (12.5oz) Tyson White Chunk Chicken
    1 can Bush's Pinto Beans (drained)
    1 can RoTel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Directions

Combine all ingredients in rice cooker. Cook till cooker's done. Makes about 10 1-cup servings.

  • This is ok. I doubled the servings and as a meal and the serving size is huge! But...it needs extra flavors to have me make it again. I am thinking to use chicken broth instead of water and some more seasonings. I think this is a good base idea for something more. - 1/16/13
