Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatorre

Ingredients

    2 lbs. chicken breast cut up
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Chop onion, slice green pepper and mushrooms. Place in the bottom of the crock pot. Brown chicken in oil. Place over vegetables in crock pot. Add diced tomatoes. Mix tomato paste with water and add galic, oregano and basil. Poor over chicken. Cook on low 7 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice, spaghetti, or spaghetti squash (not included in calorie total).
