Breakfast Eggs

Introduction

Easy eggs to make for the entire work week. If you are interested in cutting your carbs to build some muscle, this is a great recipe. My kids even like these eggs! You can even double the serving size and it's still low cal, low carb, and higher protein. Easy eggs to make for the entire work week. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 carton All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites
    1 tomato, medium
    1 small onion
    1 tbsp cilantro
    1 medium mushroom
    1/8 pablano pepper
    1 slice Butterball Turkey Bacon
    1 tbsp EVOO

    Spices of choice

    Optional (not in calorie count, add separate)
    1 slice of Borden 2% Sharp Cheese single

Directions

Heat EVOO in skillet, then add veggies and saute until onions are clear over low heat. Add full carton of egg whites and turn heat to just below medium. Add spices and stir. Frequently scrap bottom and sides of skillet completely. Cook until egg whites done. Poor onto plate and allow to cool. Separate into 6 servings and place in ziplock baggies. You have breakfast for the week.

Cook turkey bacon as desired.

Top 1 serving of eggs with cheese if desired. Remember to add cheese to your calorie count as cheese is not included in recipe calorie count.
