Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup
Banquet Brown & Serve Lite Sausage Links - 1 link
Cheese, Kraft Fat Free American Singles, 1 serving
2. In a small cup (I use a small Gladware container), microwave the Egg Beaters for about 30 sec. Stir and microwave an additional 5-15 sec. until cooked through. Keep a close eye on it, as it can easily overflow.
3. Cut sausage link in half length-wise. Layer the egg, cheese, and sausage in between the halves of the bagel . Allow cheese to melt for a moment before eating.
