This is Chicken with a yummy gravy. You can add a starch and vegetable, which will add a few more calories

This is Chicken with a yummy gravy. You can add a starch and vegetable, which will add a few more calories


Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast (cut into halves to make 8)
    16 oz. sour cream (can sub for lowfat)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
    Turkey bacon (1 slice per 1/2 piece of chicken)

    Recipe does not include rice (but this is a nice side for it)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wrap Chicken in 1 slice of bacon. Mix the sour cream and soup in a separate bowl. Place chicken in a 9x13 pan (glass is best) . Bake chicken for 30 minutes.

If there is fat in the pan, drain it out. Add the cream mixture to the pan with the chicken. Bake for another 30 min.

Take out and serve.
