Tuna Salad Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

    1 pkg (6.4 oz) tuna in water
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    2 tsp. hot pepper jelly
    1 oz cheddar cheese, cubed small
    2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped or mashed
    1 stalk celery chopped
    2 slices onion, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on bread, crackers or fresh vegetables.

For a hot sandwich, place on bread or roll, wrap in foil, and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
