Amazing Vegi Spaghetti

Introduction

I been bulking my meals with vegis to feel less hungry and this was AWESOME and my teenager LOVED IT!! I been bulking my meals with vegis to feel less hungry and this was AWESOME and my teenager LOVED IT!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package of MultiGrain Pasta with Flax Seed
    1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
    2 cups of steamed broccoli
    1 cup of steamed cauliflower
    1 small yellow squash
    2 plum tomatoes
    1/2 a large bell pepper
    1/2 an onion

Directions

Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a seperate pot add your jar of sauce to all of the vegetables chopped up. Warm up on medium-low heat.

Serve pasta and cover each serving of pasta with sauce then dribble with cheese.
