Ingredients

    1 bag 20oz 16 bean soup mix (dry) soaked overnight
    4 cups water
    1 cup chopped ham (can use ham bone)
    1 medium onion chopped coarse
    1/2 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
    1 tsp dry mustard

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Put in pressure cooker with water, ham, onion, BBQ sauce, and mustard powder. Cook for 30 minutes and let cool down on its own if there is time. About 10 one cup servings.

Goes well with cornbread.
