Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup cheddar shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients until moist and will be a little lumpy. Let stand for about 5-10 minutes before putting in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
