Introduction

I like this dish because it is a twist on meatloaf. I like to prepare this dish the day before I serve it. that allows the flavors to mix well and soup to thicken naturally. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
    1/2 cup catchup
    1/4 cup prepared mustard
    1 egg
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water

Directions

Mix together first 5 ingredients, form into 6 meatballs.
Mix soup with water and place in oven safe casserole dish, place meatballs into soup mixture, turning to coat with soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
