Moist "Wheat" Corn Bread

Introduction

Yummy wheat corn bread. Very moist and doesn't crumble. Tastes great! Your whole family will love it! Yummy wheat corn bread. Very moist and doesn't crumble. Tastes great! Your whole family will love it!
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Oil
    1/2 Cup Water
    3/4 Cup Sugar
    4 Eggs
    2 Cups non-fat milk (or buttermilk)
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 Cup Corn Meal
    3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 min at 350. Makes about 32, 2" square pieces.


I usually make half the recipe and put it in a 8x8 pan. Cut it into 16 pieces.
