Ingredients

    Sweet Cherries, 1 cup, with pits, yields
    Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
    Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 serving
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .3 cup, halves and whole
    *Grapes, .5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 extra large (1-5/8" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    *Jake's, Soy Nuts- roasted salted, 1 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 small (6-3/8" long)
    *Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 3 oz
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 leaf
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 leaf
    Carrots, raw, 4 slice
    *Radish, Fresh, .5 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    green bean sprout 1 cup

Directions

Put all your vegi and fruit in bowl and grill your chicken for 5 min put the spices you want on your chicken no salt. Cut the chicken when is ready and add dressing as little as possible . Mix and serve.
