Baked! Scoop Tostito's - 14
Cheese Sauce, Tostitos - 2 tbsp
Canned Black Beans - 1/4 Cup
Ground Turkey 93% lean - 4 0z
Chili powder - to taste
season salt - to taste
garlic powder - to tast
black pepper - to taste
Plum Tomatoes - 1/4 Cup
Scallions - 2 tbsp
Black olives - 2 tbsp
Fat Free Sour Cream - 2 tbsp
Put 14 chips on a plate or shallow bowl. Put 2 tbsp nacho cheese on chips. Add beans, then turkey. Top with veggies and sour cream.
*Variation: you can add jalapeno, guacamole and salsa. Though, it's not included with the nutrional information for this recipe.

I amended it a bit, my kids don't like to eat beans if they see them, so actually mixed everything together, basically made it into one big bowl of hot dip and put them in individual bowls put them on plates with chips around. And supper on movie night was an incredible success. What a treat. Thanks - 3/3/10
