This was very good, I used 2 pork loin chops and the same amount of sauce. Turned out great, I think it would have been to much sauce for us if I doubled the recipe. Thanks for sharing. - 4/28/09

I thought the sauce was too sweet. It was like eating candy on top of my pork chops. - 1/27/10

Simple, tasty and I had all the ingredients! I used stone ground mustard and kicked up the honey just a touch. It will be a repeat dish for sure. - 7/20/09

  • This recipe was so delicious! The whole family liked it. I didn't have to double the ingredients although I may next time because the sauce really only was tasted around the edges. Reminded me of my Mom's Sweet n Sour pork chops but much, much healthier! - 2/28/11
