Individual Hot Apple Pie (adapted from Hungry Girl " Creamy Hot Apple b-fast with Brown Sugar Crunch)

This taste so great and is perfect on a cold day! This taste so great and is perfect on a cold day!

Ingredients

    1 small apple - peeled, cored, and cubed
    1 ind. container - Jello SF, FF vanilla pudding
    1 tsp splenda
    1/2 tbs ground cinnamon
    1 bar Nature Vally Maple Brown Sugar granola bar (crushed)

    *You can save 90 calories, 3.5g fat, and 1g fiber by omitting the granola bar. It is just a good without it.



Directions

Mix the first four ingredients in a micro safe bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes
Add crushed granola bar to the top
Enjoy!

** Be sure to let it cool because this is very HOTt!!
