Jalepeno Popper Spread

Introduction

Light version of dip. Taste like Jalepeno poppers. Crackers, crudite, etc. not in caloric count. Light version of dip. Taste like Jalepeno poppers. Crackers, crudite, etc. not in caloric count.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 (8 ounce packages) of reduced fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat may with olive oil (the good fat)
    1/2 cup light sour cream
    2 to 3 (4 ounce) cans jalepeno peppers (depends on the heat you like)
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs


Directions

Stir together cream cheese, mayo and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in Jalapeno peppers and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into a oven safe dish. Top with the remaining cheese and the bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned.
Note; you can add fresh jalapenos on top or chopped to replace the canned peppers.
