Introductionmakes 25 1/4 cup servings makes 25 1/4 cup servings
4 cups rolled oats
1/4 c. flax seed, ground
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/8 c. maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 TBSP cinnamon
1/2 TBSP Vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricots
Combine oats, sunflower seeds. pumpkin seeds, flax seed, pecans in large bowl. In sauce pan over medium heat combine syrup, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and oil. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, mix into oat mixture until well coated.
Line large baking sheet with parchment or foil. Spead granola over sheet.
Bake 10 minutes, stir. Return to oven for another 15 minutes.
Remove, mix in raisons and dried apricots. Let cool throughly. Store in airtight container.
