    2/3c. lentil, washed and sorted
    onion
    celery
    1 slice bacon
    3 garlic cloves
    3 c. water-hot

Directions

fry bacon and onions and celery. Add water and lentils, then garlic.Season to taste. cooke for 20 minutes on simmer.
