Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked whole wheat/grain noodles
    1 14oz can fat free beef broth
    1 12 oz can roast beef
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 7oz can mushroom pieces and stems
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook noodles per package instructions in the beef broth with additional water to cover. When done add roast beef, garlic and mushrooms. Heat to serving temperature. Top servings with sour cream. Makes 4 about 1.5 cup servings.
