Susan's Harvest Chili

Ingredients

    1 # lean ground beef
    1 medium onion chopped
    2 small zucchini chopped
    2 small summer squash chopped
    4 stalks celery chopped
    2 sweet bell peppers diced
    2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
    1 qt chicken broth
    1 can black beans rinsed and drained
    1 1 1/4 oz pkg dry chili mix or taco seasoning mix

Directions

brown meat, drain grease,add pkg of seasoning mix. Add veggies except beans. Bring to a boil reduce heat simmer until veggies are tender. About 30 min. Add beans. Heat to temp. Serve.Makes 16 1cup servings.
