Crock pot Turkey beefaroni

Ingredients

    1 lb. browned ground turkey
    3 cups spaghetti sauce
    24 oz. 1 % cottage cheese
    1 egg
    8oz lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Put raw ground turkey and sauce in a bowl and mix together.
2. Put egg and cottage cheese in another bowl and mix well.
3. Pour 1/2 of the sauce/turkey mixture in bottom of crock pot, add a layer of uncooked noodles, cover with 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, and top with 1/2 of the mozzarella.
4. Repeat the layers with the rest of the ingredients.
5. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 6-8.
6. Serve hot.
