Ingredients

    300 gr sr flour
    45gr brown sugar
    100 gr roled oats
    90 gr light margarine
    1/4 + 1/2 tbls skim milk
    20 gr linseed
    175 gr light jam

    spray oil

Directions

In lrg bowl , combine and mix all dry ingredients
melt marg , add it to milk , mix , then add to dry ingredients
coat slab pan with spray oil
place a little more than 1/2 the mixture into the bottom push downwith hands
warm jam , then spread evenly over base,
sprinkle on remaining mixture ,push down with back of spoon till flat
bake 30-35 min till golden brown , cut into slices when cool.
