Low Sodium New England Clam Chowder

It's Yummy, and healthy!! It's Yummy, and healthy!!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 CUPS Skim Milk
    2 CUPS 1% Milk
    2 TBSP BUTTER
    3 MED. POTATOS
    1 MED. YELLOW ONION
    1 BAG OF FROZEN SWEET CORN
    16 OZ OF FRESH CLAMS IN JUICE
    2 CELERY STALKS

Directions

In a crockpot, put skim milk, 1% milk, butter, and fresh clams and juice.

Dice up the potatos, onion and celery. Add to the crock pot.

Let cook 2-3 hours on high; 4-6 hours on low. Onions should be soft and potato should be tender.

MAKE 10- 1 CUP SERVINGS.
