Ingredients

    2 T canola oil
    1 c.onion
    2 t coriander
    1 t cumin
    1/;2 t cayenne
    1/2 paprika
    1 t sea salt
    1/2 t turmeric
    clove garlic crushed
    1 large diced tomato
    8 oz fresh spinach chopped

Directions

saute onion in canola. add spices, tomato and spinach. once spinach has cooked down, add chickpea dumplings.
