Quick Fudge Frosting for 8 or 9 " square pan

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar
    2 T. cocoa
    2 T. light margarine (stick)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 T. light corn syrup
    dash salt
    1/2 to 3/4 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix sugar and cocoa in pan. Add butter, milk, corn syrup and salt; heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Boil vigorously 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
