Introduction

Serve w/ Tostitos Baked Scoops Serve w/ Tostitos Baked Scoops
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can chick peas
    1 small can of chopped olives
    3 roma tomatoes diced
    6 crispy slices of bacon chopped well
    3/4 C. light shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 C. chopped onion (red tastes best)
    3 C. shredded romaine
    1/3 C. light balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Can serve immediately or let chill first to allow dressing to steep more.
Serve w/ your favorite tortilla chip!
