Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup of chopped up roasted turkey
    1/2 can of college inn chicken broth (low sodium)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped fine
    1 tsp sage
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 tsp pepper
    1 egg
    6 slices of toasted bread crumbs from oven, or toasted in your toaster

Directions

In medium size bowl beat 1 egg, add 1/2 cup of college inn chicken broth, then add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup green bell pepper, 1 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1 tsp. gr. pepper mix well.

On baking sheet lightly spray and tear up 6 slices of bread and toast in oven for 8 min. Remove and add to above ingredients mixing well.
Spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and then pour all the mixture into the baking dish and bake on 350 for 3-45 minutes til lightly brown on top.
Serve immediately. Makes about 9 ~1 cup servings
