Smoothie Popsicles

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 small bananas, sliced
    4 large strawberries, sliced
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

Combine sliced fruit and one cup of skim milk to blender. Mix until smooth (as if making a smoothie)

Pour fruit and milk blend into Popsicle tray (this recipe makes 8)

Put in freezer until well frozen (at least 2 hours, depending on thickness of fruit & milk mixture)
