4 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp white sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/3 cups warm water 1 packet instant dry yeast
Combine all ingredients in order suggested by bread maker. Select dough cycle. At the end of the dough cycle (usually 1 1/2 hrs), remove dough and divide into 2 pieces. Roll out the two pieces into long rectangular loaves, around 10 inches long. Cut 4 to 5 slits in the top of each loaf. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the loaf begins to brown.
