Filling Ham & Veggie Salad

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 cups of your favorite salad blend, 10 cherry tomatoes, 25 baby carrots (chopped), 1/4 cup red, orange, and/ or yellow peppers - chopped, 1 TBSP. Chopped Onion, 1/4 cup cucumber slices - chopped in half, 1 serving (4 slices) Land O Frost Ham-Chopped into small squares, 2 TBSP. Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 1 ounce Dried Goji Berries

Directions

Combine all vegetable ingredients and drizzle on salad dressing. Toss to coat thoroughly. Top with berries and ham. Great with fresh ground pepper on top!!!
