Ingredients

    4 oz. sliced London Broil
    1 oz. Goat Cheese Crumbles
    1 La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Low-Carb Wrap
    grilled red peppers & red onions (1/2 cup each)

Directions

Grill or broil London Broil 8 minutes each side. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice into thin slices

Grill or saute peppers and onions.

Spread Goat Cheese over tortilla; top with London Broil, peppers, onions and goat cheese
