Introduction

Ingredients

NOTE: Read "T" as tablespoon, "t" as teaspoon
3 cups frozen corn, thawed
3/4 medium onion
1 T Country Crock (Calcium enriched) spread
1/2 t minced garlic
1/2 t sugar
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions
Thaw corn and dice onion.
Melt butter in skillet and add onions and garlic. Cook the onion until it starts to "yellow." This means the onion is almost done.
Add the sugar to the onion and stir well. Allow to cook for 1 minute.
Add corn, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Allow to saute until corn is done, stirring only 2 or times.
Recipe makes 6 servings; serving size = 1/2 cup
