1/2 cup of Wild Rice un-cooked.
1 cup of Instant Brown Rice Cooked.
1 10 oz. can of Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup.
1, 48oz. container of Fat Free Chicken Broth.
1 lb. of Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts.
1 cup of Sliced Raw Carrots.
1 cup of Sliced Raw Celery.
Make 1 cup of Instant Brown Rice.(5 min.)
Slice 1 cup of raw carrots.
Slice 1 cup of raw celery.
Dice 2 cups of skinless boneless chicken breast and cook it 1/2 way through in microwave
Pour on 48 oz. container of Fat Free Chicken broth into a large pot.
Pour 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup into broth and mix while heating.
Add Carrots and Celery into broth mixture and boil for 10 minutes.
Add Chicken breast, and the Wild Rice and Brown Rice.
Simmer 10 more minutes and serve.
