Ingredients

    1 LB. LEAN GROUND BEEF
    1 CAN 10 3/4 OZ CAMPBELLS CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
    1 TBSP. WORSHETERSHIRE SAUCE
    1 PCKG. BROCCOLI
    2 CUPS WATER
    3 TBSP. LIGHT MARGARINE
    3/4 C LOW FAT MILK
    2 CUPS IDAHOAN MASHED POTATOES

Directions

COOK BEEF IN SKILLET WITH ONION, DRAIN FAT.

MIX BEEF, 1/2 CAN SOUP, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND BROCCOLI IN 2 QT. SHALLOW BAKING DISH.

MIX WATER, MARGARINE AND REMAINING SOUP IN SAUCEPAN. HEAT TO A BOIL. REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN MILK. SLOWLY POUR IN POTATOES. SPOON POTATOES OVER BEEF MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 400 DEGREES 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL HOT.
