Ingredients

    6 Eggs or Egg Beaters
    1 box Rice a Roni, cooled
    6 Green Onions chopped
    Salt
    Pepper
    1 1/2 lbs Bean Sprouts
    1 tbs Whorchestershire sauce

Directions

cook rice to box directions and cool, then add eggs green onions bean sprouts whorchestershire and salt and pepper
mix all together in large bowl. In skillet add 1 teas olive oil to cook egg mixture in. With a 1/4 cup measure, scoop egg mixture and place in skillet like pancakes, cook each side until golden brown and serve with sweet and sour sauce
